About Me
Hello, my name is Bonnie and I live in Southern Illinois. Aside from being a photographer, I'm an avid traveler, yoga addict and an animal lover. I grew up in California, and moved to Lawrenceville, Illinois in 2009. I love it here! I'm married to the very smart, very cute, Peter and we have three daughters who love the outdoors, dance parties and animals. Our other family members include two Newfoundland dogs named Magi & Pearl and a coop full of lady chickens. My love for photography started when I was young and only grew as I got older. After high school, I attended Brooks Institute of Photography and worked in the field of fashion photography. While my expertise lies in fashion photography, I'm passionate about documenting moments in life where people (and/or animals) are the happiest.

I believe in staying in the moment as much as possible. It's easy to disconnect behind the lens. I love being a part of the magic happening around me.

Going barefoot when you can

An all black wardrobe isn't a bad thing. I rather like not having to choose.

Find what you love to do and then find a way to do it. (I don't mean to say you'll get paid or be rich doing it, but you'll be doing it.)
